My June Goal for A Lovely Year of Finishes is to piece the top of my Venice quilt. Of course, I have to cut the pieces first. I have settled on the palette and started cutting the strips. I did two trial blocks last week, the first one is a good size but it looks sloppy and the heart design isn't distinct enough. I like the second one much better, but it's huge and needs to be downsized in order to work well with my Tapestry. My plan is to have three Heart Blocks in the top row and three in the bottom row, with the Venice Tapestry centered between... at the moment unknown blocks. June will be a 'travel free' month, so meeting my goal shouldn't be difficult.

I'm linking up with A Lovely Year of Finishes at FIBER OF ALL SORTS. If you like having a goal and or nudge to finish a project why not join in? You can pop on over and see what goals others are setting for themselves as well :)
